The Potato

Today I should talk about my favorite food, but I think I actually don't have one, so instead I will talk about the potato that in my opinion is one of the most versatile and delicious food. Potatoes are literally grown on earth, it's most like a root than a vegetable, so from one many new ones are grown, so this makes it cheap and easy to buy. There's a lot of shapes that you can eat a potato, starting by fries and chips, that for me must be a human heritage and you can mix with any dressing you like (I like to mix chips whit chocolate ice cream and fries with mustard). Also if you boil the potato, you can do a papasmayo salad or mashed potatoes, and with this last one you can do pastel de papa and milcao. And if you want a middle point between fries and boil potatoes, you can bake them, so you have the crunchy outside the potato and the creamy inside it. This one last shape is my emergency lunch or dinner cause is easy to do and quick. I think that potato is a important part of my diet, and like a vegan person I must say that is my salvation when I am hungry in the street, so I can find this in every place I go so easier that others vegan things. I consider the potato a healthy food but it can also be unhealthy depending on the sides.

Disenchantment from Matt Groening

 Disenchantment is an animated series created by Matt Groening (The Simpsons and Futurama's creator) in 2018, it tell us about a princess, an elf and a demon who became friends and live so many adventures. It's an adult program so you mustn't watch this with kids, and although we can see the characters go to drunk and drug in mostly episodes, it tell us a complicated and interesting history about a magic kingdom called Dreamland, showing us many aspects of this, like politician and social conflicts, inside and outside the kingdom, familiar problems and treason. It's situated in the middle age, but mix some elements of other periods, like technology in some places and ruines in another. I love it cause I think that it tell us too many about love, in a romantic way but also in the friendship and family. It has 4 seasons and I recommend to see in a lazy weekend with huge quantities of weed and a beer.
